Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 June 2026

Clavic ("Clavic", "we", "us") lets you create and edit videos and images from your own photos and text descriptions using artificial intelligence. We take your privacy seriously and only process the data needed to provide the service. This policy explains what we process, why, and your rights.

1. Who is responsible

The operator of Clavic is responsible for the processing described here. For any privacy request, contact us at Clavic.ai.app@gmail.com.

2. What data we process

  • Content you provide: photos, videos and text prompts you upload or enter.
  • Generated content: videos and images the AI creates for you.
  • Account data: email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in (email/password or Google).
  • Purchase data: on the website, payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of purchases and subscription status but never your full payment-card details.
  • Technical data: basic, non-identifying information needed to deliver requests reliably.

We do not use advertising trackers, we do not collect your contacts or location, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

Face data

Some photos you upload may contain faces. We treat this as face data and handle it as follows:

  • We only process photos you yourself select and upload. We do not scan your device, create faceprints or biometric identifiers.
  • Face data is used solely to generate the specific image or video you requested.
  • Your photo is sent over an encrypted connection to our processing backend and AI providers only to produce your result. Face data is not sold.
  • Uploaded photos are held temporarily by processing providers and deleted automatically shortly afterwards. Finished results on the web are stored in your browser session until you clear them.

3. How and why we use your data

We use your content solely to perform the generation or edit you requested. Account and purchase data are used to unlock credits, subscriptions and restore your access across devices.

4. Sub-processors

We rely on trusted providers including Supabase (auth & database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and AI providers such as kie.ai and fal.ai.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data. Contact Clavic.ai.app@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

6. Children

Clavic is not intended for users under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
